I work at the intersection of server administration and web hosting support – the layer most people don’t see until something breaks.

Whether it’s a site throwing 500 errors, a migration gone sideways, or a server under load it wasn’t built for, I’ve handled it. My background spans Linux-based environments, web servers (NGINX, Apache, LiteSpeed), CDN and edge security (Cloudflare), control panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk), and the CMS platforms that run on top of them (WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Magento, etc). I work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical clients, and focus on resolving issues without unnecessary back-and-forth.
